At Blue Cube Bespoke Limited, we specialise in precision manufacturing of bespoke solid wood drawer boxes. Custom-made to your specifications, our drawers are available in widths to fit any requirement, with heights ranging from 59mm to 359mm in 25mm increments, and depths tailored to suit all runners. Available heights 59, 84, 109, 134, 159, 184, 209, 234, 259, 284, 309, 334 and 359mm.
All our drawer boxes are made from 15mm thick solid wood with a matching veneered MDF base.
All drawer boxes come notched at the rear as standard to accommodate undermount drawer runners. For limited carcass depth, we can notch both the front and rear of the drawer box, reducing the drawer depth by 10mm. We offer additional customisation options, including dropped fronts, shaped sides, scooped handle cut-outs, and engraving such as “Bread” or “Cakes.”

Guide To Determining
The Drawer Box Size
A – Minimum space below drawer – 15mm
B – Space between carcass and drawer sides – 6mm each side
C – Minimum space between lower and upper drawers – 22mm
D – Recommend space to rear of drawer – 25mm
E – Depth of drawer based on runner length and notching – Drawer with rear only notching add 5 mm to drawer depth i.e. 450mm runner results in a 455mm drawer box depth. Drawer with front and rear notching subtract 10mm from the drawer depth i.e. 450mm runner results in a 440mm drawer box depth.
F – Minimum space between top of drawer and carcass – 7mm
